Carlos Roman is part of the Exeqpath team of seminar leaders with a focus on student development and strategies for early career success. He is a charismatic and engaging speaker that has delivered workshops in the areas of career progression, relationship building, and Hispanic culture among other seminars. His high-energy combined with his unique delivery style provide the perfect opportunity for the audience to learn, participate, and come out of his seminars with the necessary tools for career success.
Carlos currently works as an Engineer in GE Power & Water after finishing the prestigious Edison Engineering Development Program. His work scope involves the use of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals to add value to the business. He is also actively engaged in GE’s Hispanic Forum where he is a local community service leader and a National Program Manager for the Junior Achievement initiative. Carlos is an active and lifetime member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and the acting Professional Advisor for SHPE Clemson’s student chapter.
Carlos holds a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate degree from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and currently attends North Carolina State University where he is finishing his Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
